Ian Tyson Honored with Governor General’s Award
Ian Tyson, half of the ’60s Canadian folk duo Ian and Sylvia, was recognized with a Governor General Performing Arts Award, honoring lifetime achievement. The singer/songwriter found a second career as a record producer.
