Della Mae, “Magic Accident”
Della Mae’s upcoming album Magic Accident (out 1/23/2026), produced by banjoist Alison Brown, features the wonderful title track written by frontperson Celia Woodsmith. The song “Magic Accident” reflects on how each of us is just one small piece of a vast, mysterious timeline—yet capable of profound connection.
The Lowest Pair, “Give It All Away”
Americana/folk duo The Lowest Pair, Kendl Winter and Palmer T. Lee, return with their new album Always As Young As We’ll Ever Be (out 1/23/2026). Produced by Tucker Martine, the album features the swirling folk track “Give It All Away.”
Valerie June, “Runnin’ and Searchin'”
After releasing her album Owls, Omens, and Oracles this year, Valerie June shares the new one-off single. “‘Runnin’ and Searchin” is a song that encourages us to use our setbacks as a doorway as we steadily step into the uncertain and unknown path that lies awaiting us with every tomorrow we’re gifted.”
Jeffrey Martin, “1519” (Live at The Showdown)
Portland’s Jeffrey Martin is getting a new live album ready for 2026. Of the new release, Alive July 25, 2025 (out 2/20/2026), he shares “The live show will always mean more to me than any studio recordings. Every night is different and will never exist again.”
