In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at some exciting new music that’s caught our ears this week!

Iron & Wine, “Robin’s Egg” (feat. I’m With Her)

Tour buddies unite! Sam Beam (I&W) is joined by I’m With Her on the new song “Robin’s Egg.” Of the song, Beam said: “I had the start of ‘Robin’s Egg’ kicking around and began finishing the tune earlier this year (2025) with I’m With Her in mind. We had already started to plan our summer tour together; I passed it to them with the hope they were up for adding their voices to it and lucky for me they were! I’m looking forward to performing it, and a few other surprises, with them this summer.”

William Prince, “On Rolls the Wheel”

“On Rolls the Wheel” is the lead single for Prince’s new album dropping in October and has been called “the most rocking song he has ever made.” The album ‘Further From the Country’ resurfaces William’s youth, and shows how his upbringing and experience in Peguis First Nation – the native reservation in Manitoba – have shaped his acute perspective on the world. Not all of the memories are happy, but he uses them as a framework for processing the heartaches, injustices and overwhelming sorrows of today.

Tyler Childers, “Nose On the Grindstone”

Tyler Childers’ upcoming album was produced by Rick Rubin with additional production from Childers and Sylvan Esso’s Nick Sanborn. The song “Nose on the Grindstone,” released now for the first time after years of being played at live shows.

Balsam Range, “The Pacific”

An epic new song from Balsam Range, the bluegrass group founded in 2007 in Haywood County, North Carolina. “It’s kind of a Bluegrass version of the ‘Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald,’” says the group’s bassist Tim Surrett.
