Fairport Convention’s Cropredy Festival Right Around The Corner

For those of you in the UK, or those who like to travel, Fairport Convention’s annual Cropredy Festival is happening August 10-12. This is the UK’s biggest folk festival–drawing about 25,000 people each year. Along with Fairport, Steeleye Span is playing the event this year along with Ashley Hutchings, John Martyn, and 10cc. So who’s been to Cropredy? What’s it like? Are you going this year? I’ve yet to go but 2007 might be the year I finally make it–anyone wanna go?
